It has been a pleasure to have come to know you through my friend Anindita. I can’t thank you enough for the transformation you have brought to me through your diet plan.
When I started this journey I weighed 62 Kgs. I had a target weight of 55 Kgs. Self deadline was to achieve this in 3 months before my travel to Taiwan to meet a friend and you made it possible to achieve the same. Started from April and reached to 54.6 by end of June.
I was mentally prepared to strictly follow your diet plan and was mostly able to manage it successfully. Meanwhile in this 3 months I had travelled quite a bit to different places and still was able to maintain the weight with your guidelines.
When I started the diet the first week I travelled to Gujarat and was there for a week. Still you were kind enough to guide me on a daily basis on my diet with what I could manage. By the end of April I had lost 4 Kgs and came to 58 Kgs.
In the month of May had been to Bangalore. Was not able to stick the diet due to unavoidable circumstances but still was able to maintain the same weight without much weight gain which was appreciable.
In June I had travelled to Bali and was able to stick to your guidelines and managed to maintain my weight(56.8 Kgs). By mid June lost one more Kg and reached 55.8 Kgs.
By end of June I could reach my target weight of 54.6 Kgs. I had visited Jaipur for a couple of days and on my return had to travel to Taiwan. Your guidelines really helped me to stick to my diet and moreover Taiwanese cuisine was very healthy and it really helped me to reduce further. But after reaching India was pampered by my sister in Kerala and parents in Bangalore and managed to gain 2 1/2 Kgs and reached 57.
Once back to Mumbai in August, strictly was following your guidelines and manage to lose the weight I gained and now able to maintain at 54 Kgs.
I had always been very health conscious and never used to binge too much on fast food. I love to eat fruits and salads. I can literally live on fruits. Have tried even naturopathy to lose weight where the diet is without oil and salt, but still never could achieve what I could achieve with your diet plan. Whenever I have lost weight with my above methods the toll will be first on my face and my well wishers used to say “Don’t diet, your charm is gone”. But with your diet plan everyone appreciates that I look young and don’t look like a mother of 24 year old son:). The best compliment I got was from my tailor. He used to always scold me when I take my clothes to stitch as I would put on weight each time I visit him and need to change my wardrobe:(. This time when I met him in Bangalore he was more happy than me that I have lost weight.
I was also disciplined to stick to your plans, including the water intake. Though you had mentioned preferably warm water, I mostly was taking warm water except the time I was travelling. Also the 1 hour exercise regime which you had asked to maintain with 1 day break in a week was also quite helpful in maintaining the weight.
I really appreciate your concern to make me write to you on a daily basis when I was travelling and guiding me appropriately if I was deviating, so that I don’t repeat the same mistake of mixing up the meal combinations.
